Child Therapy
My child therapy sessions are designed to provide a nurturing environment for children to process their emotions and learn basic coping skills. Using a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and play-based techniques, I work closely with children 8+ to address anxiety, emotional dysregulation, behavioral challenges, trauma, family issues, and more. I encourage a collaborative relationship with parents and even schools/other providers when necessary. I strive to make therapy fun and take pride in my clients looking forward to sessions.

Teen Therapy
I recognize the unique struggles adolescents face in today's world and strive to create a non-judgmental, confidential space where teenagers can truly be themselves. I often address issues such as anxiety, social and school stress, depression, low self-esteem and more. Through talk therapy, cognitive-behavioral approaches, and solution-focused techniques, I help guide teens in developing coping strategies, enhancing self-awareness, and fostering resilience. My goal is to empower teenagers to navigate life's challenges with confidence.

Young Adult Therapy
My young adult therapy services cater to the transitional phase of emerging adulthood. Whether managing academic stress, career uncertainties, relationship challenges, or mental health concerns, I offer a warm and understanding environment. Though I use a blend of talk therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and solution-focused techniques, my adult sessions are tailored to the client. I can help assist young adults in addressing anxiety, depression, life transitions, and identity exploration. I aim to help young adults cultivate the skills necessary for managing a unique and often challenging phase of life.
